I was having a silent stitch-a-long with Rene with this one:
Home of a Needleworker Too!
Little House Needleworks
over one, 22ct hardanger, Crescent Colours as listed.
I've been watching Rene's progress and I think her Crescent colours show better than mine. Guess that what happens with hand-dyed threads (and maybe the bigger count fabric too).
It was a fun stitch, and now off to the framers it will go. Tossing up whether to keep it, or give it to my lovely M-i-L who does fabulous dressmaking and alterations (and who admired it today as I was getting it ready for scanning).
Think I'll decide after it's framed.

That's really lovely!
I still like the one I did for you just as much - maybe more cos it was for you.
Looking forward to August and our stay at Hotel Smythe. Hmmmm what shall I stitch for you this time...I think there's something waving at me from the stash - what's your absolute favourite colour, Floss?
I had no idea you were stitching along with me on this one. I'm a ways from finishing but maybe next month I may be done. Can't wait to see how you frame it.
It looks even better in the fibre... nice work as ever
It looks nice. Great job so far.
That's a sweet one, Kathryn. Congrats on the finish.
