And the cat came back...

Some of you may recall a post some months back about the cats we'd lost: Titch to old age, Boodle and Tui to what we thought might be a dog.
Well, thanks to the wonders of modern technology (microchips) and the marvelousness that is the SPCA, we have

Boodle!!!
Our smoochy snuggle puss is home!
Six months after disappearing at Guy Fawkes weekend, the SPCA called to say Boodle had been found and brought in today and we could come to pick her up.
She is very healthy, and even smoochier.
Welcome home Boodle

I meant to say she's so pretty. That's what happens when you try to type at 4:30 in the morning. LOL!

I'm so very happy for you! We have our animals micro-chipped, too, but have been fortunate to never need to use them.

Your blog gave me a smile today. Thanks.

That's great! Oh if she could only talk she'd have her story of the last few months to tell you. Glad she showed back up.

i so missed my pet cat who died of old age..pets really are good stress relievers..when yo go home from a bad day and you have this feeling of "i need to vent", pets are really good at it..

Oh My! If only Boodle could tell you of her adventures! We once lost a cat for 3 months. We got him back as well, much skinnier but strong & healthy. (he then lived to be 17). We thought a neighbor dog chased him across a nearby busy street & he couldnt find his way back. Someone finally called us on his flyers. No chipping back then & his collar had disappeared.
Congrats on getting her back! I am sure she will be getting much make-up loving from the family!
